Rain

Note to audience: I AM NOT DEPRESSED!!!!!! I just have very sad poetry. T_T  But seriously, how do you write a happy poem without it sounding fake and cheesy?  I can only write sad poems... if you can give me tips for my poetry - ie, how to make happy poems - I'll gladly take any advice that you have!

I find the rain depressing
It demonstrates how pure emotions are
For even the gods shed tears

As the gods sheds tears
We shed ours
Is that as close as we may be?

The hole in the sky
That only I can see
Is swollen in the rain
